60 day 100% satisfaction guarantee

​

All of our products can be returned within 60 days if you're not 100% happy with them. You'll need to tell us within 60 days of receipt of your order why you're not happy and give us a chance to make you happy. If we're unable to make you happy, we'll be sad, but will cancel and refund your order on return if that will make you happy.

We always do our utmost to keep our clients happy and feel that if we can't do that we've failed in our duty to you.

​

There are always exceptions to these clauses and here are ours:

​

  • Our guarantee relates only to products bought via the website, or which are shown on the website, not to any items we've obtained specifically for you;

  • Products must be, as near as is possible, in 'new' condition. Any physical damage will nullify our guarantee.

Free extra year's warranty on all bat detectors

​

All bat detectors on our website come with our free extra year's warranty, which is equivalent to the manufacturer's warranty in all respects as far as the main bat detector is concerned. Microphones only come with the manufacturer's warranty, whether they are integral or replaceable.

​

Any claim under this warranty must be received by us within our extended warranty period, which is calculated from the date you receive your bat detector from us, not the date of your order.

​

We are not responsible for the costs of you sending your bat detector in to be assessed and repaired or replaced. Whether it is repaired or replaced will be decided by either the manufacturer or service centre, depending on where it is sent for assessment.

​

If the manufacturer or repair centre decides that your claim is not (for claims made within the manufacturer's warranty period) or would not be (for claims made outside the manufacturer's warranty period but within our extra year's warranty) covered by the manufacturer's warranty terms, we will not be able to dispute this. By this stage, you will be dealing direct with the manufacturer or repair centre, though we will endeavour to always stay within the 'loop', so we know what's going on.

Free book or voucher with selected bat detectors

This offer is available with a range of 'high end' bat detectors and allows you to choose one bat book or voucher for each individual bat detector which is included in the offer.

Each of these books is currently worth £35

​

Alternatively, you can choose to have £35 voucher(s) for any or all of the selected bat detectors in this offer. The terms of the voucher are a minimum spend of £100 which will give you, on entry of the appropriate code during checkout within the valid period, £35 off your order - on an order of £100 this will give you a 35% discount.

​

The voucher must be used before it expires, which is usually 30 days from date of issue, and is strictly one voucher per order. They're valid for 30 days because we know that you'll probably forget about the voucher after that and we want you to get your discount!

Shipping

​

Some products are sent direct from us and some from the distributor or manufacturer. Wherever possible we will inform you of when the items have been despatched, with a tracking number if we have it. Many items are despatched within one day of you placing your order, sometimes even the same day, and you can usually expect to receive your order within 2-3 days if it's available from stock.

​

There are delays on some items, especially some nesting/roosting boxes, so we will notify you of this when we receive your order. Note that because availability of some items changes rapidly and frequently, we're unable to keep the website up to date at all times and for all products. If the product(s) you've ordered have too long a lead time for you, we'll always try to find you an alternative. If it's critical that you receive your order by a specific time, please call us on 0333 9000 927 to discuss before you order, so we can advise on lead times and find alternatives where available.
